Video creator (new media show-runner)
Nikolay Pruzhinin, creative producer, filmmaker, artist
Project Instructions
As a class project, I would like to ask you to put together a one-page Word document / keynote slides / just a text in a class project window in which you can write your own video format or podcast concept.
Here are some bullet points for the project structure:
- What are you interested in telling the world about and what really fascinates you?
- What form of content you would like to make? Video? Audio?
- Who is your potential audience? Describe these people in a few words: where do they live, how old are they, what interests might they have, and why do you want to make content specifically for them?
- Idea of your show. What will it be called? What will happen inside the project?
- The mechanics of your show. How will it be filmed/recorded technically? What kind of location will it be?
- Why the audience will watch your show?
- How often will you post your show? Describe a plan for a month
- How you will work with brands inside the show?
You can use this pitch form, but if you want to share your idea in a different way, feel free to do so. Also feel free to interact with other students class projects and share your thoughts and insights!
